Provides GIS mapping and data-product services, maintaining and quality-controlling spatial data, supporting customer inquiries, and improving data-preparation workflows.

- Maintain, enhance, and quality-control Whitestar data products and mapping layers.
- Troubleshoot data-preparation workflows, define data schemas, and translate between source data and delivery schemas.
- Provide customer support, lead product demonstrations, and document quality-assurance steps.
