About the job
Bring up, validate, and debug Etched accelerator systems in customer datacenters, owning deployments and improving the tools and processes that make them reliable and repeatable.
What you'll do
- Lead customer deployments and diagnose system issues across hardware, firmware, drivers, Linux, and networking.
- Perform root-cause analysis, coordinate system updates, and partner with engineering teams to resolve field issues.
- Build diagnostics and deployment documentation, and improve workflows and tooling based on deployment learnings.
