Head of Datacenter Delivery

What you'll do

• Translate product milestones and production ramps into power forecasts, site requirements, and phased delivery plans; source sites, power, and equipment.
• Own site selection, diligence, preconstruction, construction, rack installation, commissioning, and handover, accountable for schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
• Build and lead the delivery team and repeatable turnkey processes, coordinating partners and preparing facilities and real estate or leases for sale and transfer.

What they ask for

• Track record delivering large-scale datacenters or similarly complex, power-intensive facilities from site selection through commissioning and operational handover.
• Established datacenter ecosystem network and ability to turn relationships into site, power, and equipment opportunities.
• Technical judgment across power, cooling, networking, and construction; able to assess designs, equipment alternatives, and delivery timelines.
• Experience leading teams and managing construction budgets, contractors, and delivery partners against demanding schedules.

Nice to have

• Delivering high-density AI/HPC infrastructure, including liquid-cooled, rack-scale deployments.
• Developing turnkey infrastructure projects combining operational systems with real estate or leases; or building hardware bring-up, validation, or production test labs.

Delivers infrastructure for Etched’s inference-focused AI hardware, including datacenters, racks, and labs; plans capacity around the hardware roadmap and production ramps.
