What you'll do
- Drive manufacturing readiness across new product introduction and mass production, coordinating engineering, supply chain, contract manufacturers, and operations.
- Lead DFM reviews, monitor build readiness and manufacturing KPIs, and resolve issues across prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, and production builds.
- Coordinate production plans, factory ramp activities, risk mitigation, and status updates; travel to manufacturing partners as needed.

- Experience managing manufacturing readiness for complex electromechanical systems or high-performance compute hardware.
- Understanding of EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp; experience leading DFM reviews and working with hardware engineering.
- Experience with contract manufacturers, FATP partners, or ODM/OEM manufacturing operations; willing to work in-person in San Jose and travel internationally as needed.

- Familiarity with SMT manufacturing, factory operations, automated test systems, yield analytics, SPC, or process capability metrics.
