Own Etched’s employee lifecycle and day-to-day People Operations while building scalable HR systems and processes.
What you'll do
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, immigration cases, leaves, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Administer Rippling and develop People workflows, reports, compliance programs, policies, and handbooks.
- Analyze workforce data and partner across teams on operational initiatives, benefits vendors, and employee engagement.
