About the job
Supervises Etched’s first in-house production line, building and leading the operator team and coordinating manufacturing work to deliver server racks on schedule and to specification.
What you'll do
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage assembly technicians and production test operators across shifts.
- Coordinate production with inventory, lab operations, test development, and engineering; respond to problems and drive fixes.
- Improve SOPs, processes, and training, and create playbooks for future manufacturing sites.
