About the job
Launch and scale Etched’s first SMT production line, from equipment selection and qualification through process development and volume production.
What you'll do
- Support SMT line selection, installation, acceptance testing, startup, validation, and qualification.
- Program and optimize SMT equipment, establish tooling and manufacturing standards, and support builds from prototype through production.
- Train operators and guide an SMT Engineering Technician while improving yield, throughput, and equipment effectiveness.
