Leads thermal lab operations and testing for Etched’s data-center thermal assemblies, including test planning, automation, technician coordination, and commissioning cooling equipment.
What you'll do
- Lead daily lab operations, develop test plans, and oversee test setup, execution, data review, and reporting.
- Develop and validate test automation and data-analysis workflows; coordinate testing priorities and direct thermal technicians.
- Partner on lab buildouts and install or commission cooling loops, CDUs, liquid-cooled racks, and thermal test vehicles.
