Designs and optimizes direct-to-chip cold plates and liquid-cooling systems for high-performance data center products, including simulation, testing, and integration.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and optimization of cold plate modules and water-cooling systems, including manifolds, quick disconnects, CDUs, and heat exchangers.
- Run liquid thermal simulations and oversee testing and validation of cooling systems.
- Evaluate TIMs, document designs and test results, and coordinate integration with engineering teams and vendors.
