About the job
Supports Ethic’s institutional clients and advisors through onboarding, proposal and trading workflows, day-to-day service, and platform adoption.
What you'll do
- Manage portfolio proposal requests, present proposals to advisors, and support portfolio implementation.
- Coordinate time-sensitive trading outreach and provide day-to-day email support for client and platform questions.
- Partner with Relationship Managers on firm and advisor onboarding, client feedback, and process improvements.
