Build and refine AI drafting systems for legal work product by translating legal expertise into structured logic, product requirements, and quality evaluations.
What you'll do
- Develop legal decision trees, templates, and knowledge bases for AI-generated work product.
- Research legal issues and convert legal judgment into specifications and evaluation criteria with product, data science, and machine learning teams.
- Lead quality assurance, advise internal teams, and work with clients to gather requirements and explain documents.

- Active license in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- At least 5 years of substantive legal experience, including deep personal injury litigation experience across multiple states.
- Exceptional legal drafting skills and experience producing complex legal documents.
