Build and lead EvenUp’s Discovery Operations team, ensuring high-quality legal work, reliable turnaround, and scalable AI-assisted workflows for personal injury litigation firms.
What you'll do
- Set legal quality standards and review complex or high-risk discovery work; guide AI-assisted workflows with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Design and manage delivery workflows, staffing, metrics, and service-level performance; improve processes as volume grows.
- Hire and develop the team and serve as an escalation point for clients and firm leadership.
