What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior, complex, or hard-to-fill Engineering and ML roles.
- Advise hiring managers and executives on role design, sourcing, assessments, compensation, and hiring decisions.
- Improve search outcomes and recruiting processes using data, market insights, and new tools while championing candidate experience.
