Leads technical resolution of complex customer escalations and builds the architecture, tooling, and practices that prevent recurring issues across EvenUp’s products.
What you'll do
- Lead investigations and resolutions for complex, multi-system escalations, including work with key customers when needed.
- Set the squad’s technical strategy for observability, tooling, runbooks, incident response, and reliability; drive systemic fixes across teams.
- Shape the squad’s roadmap and product decisions, and advise and support other engineers.
