About the job
Build and manage sourcing pipelines for senior and hard-to-fill Engineering and ML roles, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage technical candidates.
What you'll do
- Develop sourcing strategies, evaluate technical profiles, and deliver personalized outreach and candidate handoffs.
- Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health, diagnose stalled searches, and provide market and compensation insights.
- Maintain talent pipelines, ATS records, and reporting; pilot sourcing tools and AI-enabled approaches.
