Establish and manage design operations, planning, delivery, quality reviews, resourcing, and reporting for Everlaw’s product design team building AI-powered litigation tools.
What you'll do
- Define design planning, estimation, handoffs, readiness criteria, and delivery processes; coordinate pre-launch quality reviews.
- Manage cross-functional workflows, design resourcing, bandwidth tracking, and capacity reporting for leadership.
- Build lightweight design operations frameworks, rhythms, and templates to support team workflows.
