Leads and develops a product design team building user-centered experiences for Everlaw’s AI-powered litigation platform.
What you'll do
- Set design strategy with Product and Engineering leaders, translating complex workflows and ambiguous problems into cohesive product experiences.
- Coach, manage, hire, and grow product designers while setting expectations and strengthening design operations.
- Guide design craft and AI experiences, emphasizing transparency, trustworthiness, explainability, and user advocacy.
