Own and scale Exa’s technical recruiting, partnering with founders and using in-house agentic search tools to attract and hire talent.
What you'll do
- Run the technical recruiting cycle end-to-end, from sourcing and outreach through interviews and closing.
- Partner with founders and team leads to scope roles, identify hires, and persuade candidates to join.
- Build recruiting systems and workflows, experiment with sourcing strategies, and help shape the talent brand and recruiting culture.
