What you'll do
- Oversee billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, aging, credit management, and dispute resolution.
- Manage and develop the Billing & Collections Specialist and partner with Rev Ops, Client Success, FP&A, and Accounting.
- Improve A/R processes and controls; prepare reporting and support month-end close and audits.
