Director, Technology

What you'll do

• Set technology strategy and lead data, software, and AI capabilities across the MarTech ecosystem.
• Build and operate scalable data pipelines, products, APIs, integrations, and automation, with strong governance, security, reliability, and operational practices.
• Develop engineering teams and enable responsible AI, experimentation, and innovation from prototyping through production.

What they ask for

• 10+ years in data engineering, software engineering, platform engineering, or a related discipline, including 3+ years leading managers or multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience setting technology strategy in complex enterprise environments and building and operating production-grade data platforms, pipelines, integrations, and software services.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT, batch and streaming systems, APIs, event-driven design, orchestration, and distributed processing.
• Experience with SQL, Python, cloud platforms, and production engineering practices; experience applying machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation in enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, Eloqua, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with customer data platforms, identity resolution, consent management, audience activation, or personalization ecosystems.

Pay

$231,000.00 to $323,500.00 (total cash); up to $369,500.00 (total cash, top of range)
