What you'll do
- Operate Haas 5-axis VMCs and DS-30Y dual-spindle Y-axis lathes; manage UMC pallet pools and DS-30Y bar-feeder setups.
- Set up machines, perform first-article inspection and in-process gauging, load tools, and maintain offsets and edits.
- Improve toolpaths, fixturing, tool selection, and process documentation to reduce the chassis-mix milling cycle from ~45 to 20 minutes per part.
