About the job
Develop and operate optomechanical laser systems and semiconductor packaging processes, from equipment design and integration through process validation.
What you'll do
- Own optomechanical system development, including mechanical and optical design, assembly, controls integration, alignment, and debugging.
- Develop laser micromachining equipment and processes, including vision-based alignment and inspection systems.
- Create and validate packaging process flows, run experiments, and maintain design, operating, and maintenance documentation.
