About the job
Supports FMX’s order-to-cash and revenue lifecycle, including sales order processing, billing, accounts receivable, collections, revenue recognition support, reconciliations, and month-end close.
What you'll do
- Process sales orders and review contracts; manage invoices, customer account information, and dunning.
- Monitor aging, support collections and dispute resolution, and partner with internal teams on account issues.
- Maintain revenue and AR reconciliations, assist with month-end close and audits, and improve billing processes.
