Assesses customer facilities and maintenance operations, documents building and asset conditions, and recommends improvements, costs, and product features.
What you'll do
- Conduct facility walk-throughs, review building records, and document assets, conditions, and deficiencies.
- Prepare assessments, recommendations, cost estimates, and alternative approaches to improve facilities and maintenance operations.
- Work with customers and prospects to understand needs, present solutions, and propose product features with business value and ROI.
