Build and scale Factory’s go-to-market teams by leading recruiting strategy and end-to-end hiring across the GTM organization.
What you'll do
- Partner with GTM leaders on talent strategy, role definition, organizational needs, and hiring decisions.
- Own recruiting from kickoff through close, including sourcing, assessment, candidate experience, offer strategy, and negotiation.
- Use market insights and recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes and build scalable recruiting programs.
