Build and maintain Factory’s financial planning and reporting capabilities, support strategic decisions, and help apply AI across the Finance organization.
What you'll do
- Own financial models and lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Track KPIs and build business cases for decisions such as pricing, investments, hiring, and product launches.
- Prepare board, investor, and executive materials; improve finance operations and use AI for modeling, reporting, and insights.
