Own full-cycle recruiting for Fairmarkit’s US remote AI and engineering roles, building candidate pipelines and closing technical talent for a new AI and Agentic business line.
What you'll do
- Manage recruiting end to end, from role intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing candidates.
- Build proactive sourcing pipelines and partner with founders and hiring managers on candidate profiles and outreach.
- Maintain ATS pipeline data, report recruiting metrics, and contribute to employer branding and market insights.

- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in-house at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Direct experience recruiting AI engineers, ML engineers, or agentic systems builders.
- Proven ownership of the recruiting lifecycle for hard-to-find engineering profiles.
