About the job
Leads the team building and operating Fanatics’ shared customer balance and ledger platform, including migrating existing business wallets while ensuring accuracy, reliability, and auditability.
What you'll do
- Own ledger and balance services, setting standards for security, reliability, observability, and on-call operations.
- Lead wallet migration planning and delivery, including reconciliation, cutover, and rollback.
- Hire, coach, and develop engineers; set the roadmap and partner with Product, Payments, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
