Owns high-volume employee relations cases for Fanatics Betting & Gaming, advising operational leaders and using case trends to improve people practices.
What you'll do
- Manage employee relations cases end to end, including investigations, performance, conduct, attendance, grievances, and policy matters.
- Coach managers, apply employment law and HR policy, and escalate complex or high-risk cases as appropriate.
- Track case trends and recommend preventative actions and process improvements.
