Supports the strategy and operations of Fanatics’ VIP hosting program, developing host playbooks, performance measurement, and scalable service workflows for sportsbook and casino customers.
What you'll do
- Translate sportsbook and casino commercial strategies into host plans, playbooks, and service standards; support the program’s operating cadence.
- Build reporting and measurement for hosting performance, retention, and engagement, and help design and test hosting approaches against a control.
- Partner with host leadership, analytics, and product on customer briefing materials, tools, and AI-assisted workflows; embed Responsible Gaming standards.
