Sets technical direction and leads development of Fanatics Markets’ cross-platform mobile app, built with Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform.
What you'll do
- Own multiplatform strategy and architecture across Android and shared KMP layers; define engineering standards and scalable codebase patterns.
- Lead complex, multi-quarter feature delivery across platforms, partnering with product, design, executives, and platform teams.
- Raise engineering quality through mentoring, code reviews, testing, operational metrics, build-system health, and incident response.
