About the job
Leads the technical direction and delivery of platform capabilities and tooling that engineering teams use to deploy and operate Fanatics’ core services.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture and delivery of complex, multi-quarter platform initiatives across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and developer tooling.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve service reliability, scalability, performance, and operational stability; contribute to incident response.
- Set platform engineering standards, mentor engineers, and communicate technical direction to senior leaders.
