What you'll do
- Lead engineering teams and provide technical direction, ensuring software delivery follows engineering best practices.
- Plan and manage projects, priorities, blockers, and execution in partnership with product and design.
- Set delivery objectives and KPIs, communicate progress to stakeholders, and recruit and onboard engineers.
