What you'll do
- Own production PostgreSQL/RDS databases and support teams with query review, schema changes, tuning, and incident triage.
- Operate Kafka/MSK and CDC pipelines, and build self-service tooling for database and streaming resources.
- Lead reliability, upgrades, root-cause fixes, capacity and cost optimization, and cross-team incident response.

Pay
$172,800 — $216,000 USD base salary
