What you'll do
- Prepare securities and SEC filings, board materials, minutes, and resolutions; maintain compliance calendars.
- Maintain corporate records and entity databases, and prepare corporate filings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft and organize legal documents, coordinate execution and filings, and support investor relations and disclosure controls.
