Provides pre-sales technical support for FF EAI Robotics, helping regional sales teams demonstrate, deploy, configure, and support robotics solutions for B2B customers and channel partners.
What you'll do
- Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects, and lead customer-site deployment, configuration, and training.
- Resolve customer and partner technical questions; relay requirements and feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Manage the regional demo fleet, develop and document application scenarios, and support dealer training and regional events.
