Senior Manager, FP&A — Assistant to the President

What you'll do

• Build and manage long-range plans, budgets, rolling forecasts, three-statement models, and cash-runway analysis.
• Partner with operational teams on unit economics, program finances, cost and margin analysis, and headcount planning; prepare board and executive materials.
• Lead AI-enabled finance transformation by selecting and implementing software and automating finance workflows; support close, SEC filings, and reporting.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years in Corporate FP&A / Strategic Finance at a high-tech, advanced-manufacturing company building physical products at scale; pure software / services (SaaS) FP&A alone is not a fit.
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience with a strong FP&A core, including experience at a publicly listed (SEC-reporting) company and its board / earnings cadence.
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese; expert three-statement and driver-based financial modeling; demonstrated ability to drive AI-enabled finance transformation.

Nice to have

• Fluency with equity financing, cash-runway management, and going-concern / Nasdaq-compliance awareness; investment banking, strategy consulting, or Big 4 experience.
• MBA / CPA / CFA, AI-forward finance tools, or exposure to digital assets, crypto treasury, or high-growth / transformation-stage companies.

Pay

USD $140,000.00 – $180,000.00 base salary (DOE)
