About the job
Leads the development and operations of the Pledge Insurance Network, including recruiting and onboarding independent agencies, delivering member services, and managing network relationships and programs.
What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage independent agency partners, including agreements, carrier appointments, and integration of agency business.
- Develop and optimize membership recruitment pipelines, engagement strategies, and agency growth support.
- Oversee member tools and training, the network’s digital presence, and membership financial processes.
What they ask for
- At least eight years of insurance-industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Experience in sales, business development, training, and/or an agency department.
- Experience working with or closely with independent insurance agents or agencies.
- Experience using at least one CRM system; proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
