Supports Farther advisors and clients by handling onboarding, account requests, account monitoring, and financial operations while helping improve the client experience.
What you'll do
- Respond to advisor and client inquiries and build effective relationships with custodians and vendors.
- Assist with account opening, transfers, ongoing requests, and account monitoring; resolve issues proactively.
- Identify operational improvements and work with Product and Engineering teams to implement them.
