Supports a financial advisor in Farther’s Destin office by managing client communications, scheduling, paperwork, onboarding, and follow-through.
What you'll do
- Manage the advisor’s calendar, inbox, and task list; respond to client and prospect inquiries and schedule meetings.
- Prepare for client meetings and track follow-ups.
- Coordinate onboarding, account paperwork, transfers, and money movement; maintain accurate CRM and client records.
