Supports Farther advisors and clients by handling onboarding, account operations, client requests, and service improvements in partnership with Product and Engineering.
What you'll do
- Respond to advisor and client inquiries and manage those relationships.
- Assist with account openings, transfers, ongoing requests, and custodian coordination; monitor accounts and address issues.
- Identify client-service improvements and work with Product, Engineering, and colleagues to implement them.
