Supports the General Site Manager in running a Denver VR venue, leading staff and guest services, maintaining technology and facilities, and assisting with finances and local partnerships.
What you'll do
- Lead shifts, support hiring and staff training, and coach the team on guest service.
- Maintain venue operations, including VR equipment readiness, troubleshooting, facility upkeep, and guest issue resolution.
- Assist with budgeting, payroll auditing, box office and retail operations, reporting, and community outreach.
