Leads regional operations for a portfolio of live entertainment experiences, owning their expansion, quality, profitability, and team performance.
What you'll do
- Own regional P&L and operational KPIs; improve performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Expand experience IPs into new cities, adapting productions to local markets and coordinating with partners and cross-functional teams.
- Lead and develop a team of 6–12 Project Managers and Producers, while contributing to regional strategy and business improvement.
