Supervise guest-facing event operations, staffing, and services to deliver a safe, well-organized event and positive guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and manage guest-facing operations, including staffing, schedules, staff welfare, and performance.
- Coordinate departments, vendors, ticketing, point-of-sale setup, and customer issue resolution.
- Oversee site operations, checklists, facilities, equipment, health and safety, and adverse-weather procedures.
