Leads regional operations for a portfolio of live entertainment experiences, owning their expansion, quality, profitability, and team delivery.
What you'll do
- Own regional operational P&L and KPIs, and expand live experience IPs into new cities.
- Improve show quality, customer satisfaction, revenue, and operational processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and develop a team of 6–12 Project Managers and Producers, setting goals and managing performance.
