About the job
Manages onsite retail operations for a live event, overseeing store performance, staff, inventory, sales reporting, fulfillment, and load-in and load-out.
What you'll do
- Run and prepare retail stores, including merchandising, Square POS setup, and guest service.
- Lead and train retail staff; manage schedules, hours, and staffing costs.
- Control stock, add-on and bundle fulfillment, sales tracking, reporting, and end-of-event reconciliation.
