About the job
Manage the day-to-day performance and operations of onsite retail stores for a live event, including teams, stock, sales, fulfillment, reporting, and guest experience.
What you'll do
- Lead store setup, daily operations, merchandising, and load-out; maintain guest-service and operational standards.
- Manage and train retail staff, schedules, stock control, Square POS accuracy, and add-on and deluxe-bundle fulfillment.
- Monitor sales and operating metrics, report performance and risks, and recommend improvements to the Global Team.
