Leads a team of project managers to develop, launch, manage, and scale Fever Originals events, owning budgets, execution, partnerships, and team performance.
What you'll do
- Build and manage the Los Angeles project management team; oversee team members’ quality and revenue goals.
- Manage event budgets, sales performance, customer experience, operations, partners, and internal teams; negotiate and close deals.
- Pitch projects and scale experiences to other cities, including representing Fever at local events and with local PR.
