About the job
Manages the physical, technical, logistical, and safety aspects of an outdoor event trail during installation and operations.
What you'll do
- Lead nightly trail management, ensuring the trail is safe and ready for guests; complete pre-show and post-show checklists with event management.
- Coordinate technical departments to maintain event infrastructure and elements, including lighting, audio, video, power, props, labor, and security.
- Implement safety plans and procedures, respond to incidents and adverse weather, and support crew welfare.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Drive and Google applications, including Sheets and Google Meetings.
- Experience with large outdoor festivals, illumination trails, or outdoor experiential events; current First-Aid certification is a plus.
