Senior Product Manager, Core Platform (Customer Portal & Data Delivery)

What you'll do

• Lead discovery, roadmap prioritization, scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria for owned platform areas.
• Partner with engineering from robot data capture through customer delivery, and own platform usage analytics and SLA metrics.
• Keep shared platform capabilities coherent across industry verticals and support company roadmap planning.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of product management experience, with multiple products shipped end to end, including ownership of at least one B2B web or SaaS platform through its full lifecycle.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and reliability metrics; ability to lead a technical design review.
• Strong customer discovery, product ownership, and written communication skills, including defining scope and clear acceptance criteria.

Nice to have

• Experience in both a large corporation and a startup; heavy industry experience is preferred.
• Hardware-and-software product experience; bonus areas include robotics, autonomy, computer vision, B2B portals, SLAs, observability, reliability engineering, and enterprise procurement.

Pay

USD 180,000–250,000 (per-year-salary) — base salary
